When you Hire a Luxury Chauffeured Limousine you are entitled to expect a certain degree of service. Below is a list of Expectations. If you feel that we have missed any particular items or if you have had service from us that falls below your expectations please let us know to help us improve our service.
Your Expectations
Booking
- Bookings can be made in person, by Phone or Email.
- Receive personal prompt friendly and courteous attention.
- Anticipate that prices most will be based on an hourly rate with some exceptions.
- Prices should be from pick up to drop off not base to base for inner metro.
- Be prepared to give details of the hire so we can discuss the best options.
- Ask about any extra options for your hire before paying your deposit.
- Expect to pay a deposit for your hire based on a percentage of the total cost.
- If you have doubts about your expectations tell us what you expect from the hire.
- Receive a firm price for the time and vehicle you require.
- Request a written Quotation based on the details you have provided.
- Receive a written Confirmation when your deposit is paid
- Receive a receipt for all payments.
- If a package is not what you expected ask about any other options.
Chauffeur
- Arrive and depart at your booked times.
- Be professional, polite, courteous and friendly.
- Well dressed in a minimum of a dark suit and Tie, Cap and Gloves optional.
- Have a good geographic knowledge of the Perth Metro Area.
- Be a Safe and Smooth Driver.
Vehicle
- Be a relatively Late Model.
- Be appropriately licensed with the local authority.
- Be copy write licensed to play music.
- Be covered for public liability.
- Be Well Maintained to ensure Reliability
- The general Appearance be in good condition.
- Be clean and tidy both inside and out.
- Clean and Hygienic.
- For your safety Seat Belts to be fitted and in working order. (yes by law you should use them see http://www.dpi.w a.gov.au/taxis/19854.asp)
